Slack Notifications Not Working for Unified Employee License (UEL) Users

Description

Slack notifications sent through multichannel notifications may fail for users with a Unified Employee License (UEL), while notifications continue to work as expected for internal fulfillers and system administrators.

This issue can occur when an incident notification is triggered to the user specified in the Reported By field and the recipient has a Unified Employee License.

Résolution
  • Assign the Employee Slack Notifications permission to the affected Unified Employee License (UEL) user.
