"Employee user settings" not available under setup

Описание

After Unified Employee Licenses provisioned, the Employee User Settings option is not available under Setup > Feature Settings > Employee > Employee User Settings. 

Решение

 

  1. Enable Person Accounts in the organization.
  2. After Person Accounts are enabled, locate the "Enable Reports to on Person Account" toggle option.
  3. Turn on the "Enable Reports to on Person Account" setting.

  4. Verify that Employee User Settings is now available under:

    Setup > Feature Settings > Employee > Employee User Settings
