Encountered an installation error during IT Service Standard Initial Setup in Salesforce Go. The error was related to the naming convention of an entitlement process, and after renaming that entitlement process, the setup still failed when retried.

解決策

Check the deployment status under setup.
If the error "Another entitlement process is already using this name. Try a different name." appears, navigate to SLA Policies.
Delete the existing entitlement process named Standard Support for Incidents.
Rerun the installation.
