CloudHub 2.0 Application Fails to Start: API Manager Connectivity - OAuth HTTP Request Connection Reset

Veröffentlichungsdatum: Jul 26, 2026
Beschreibung

A CloudHub 2.0 application fails to start. You may observe errors in the application logs indicating a failure to connect to API Manager, specifically: "failure to execute an OAuth HTTP request" or "connection reset."

Lösung

CAUSE

The application's private space environment is unable to establish outbound network connections to the Anypoint Platform API Manager endpoints. This typically occurs when network security configurations, such as firewalls, security groups, or network access control lists (ACLs), are blocking the necessary outbound traffic from the application's deployment environment.

SOLUTION

1.  Identify the network configuration governing outbound traffic from your CloudHub 2.0 private space. This may involve reviewing firewall rules, security groups, or network ACLs within your network infrastructure.
2.  Ensure that outbound connections are permitted from the outbound static IP addresses of your application's private space to the Anypoint Platform API Manager endpoints.
3.  After adjusting network configurations, attempt to restart or redeploy your application to verify connectivity.
