Connection from Tableau to Databricks through Service Principal OAuth requirements
Tableau does support connecting to Databricks via Service Principal (SPN) authentication, which uses the OAuth Machine-to-Machine (M2M) / Client Credentials flow.
However, this feature requires specific minimum versions of both Tableau and the Databricks ODBC driver. Here are the details:
