Standard User is missing access on Case Participant Object

Users may be unable to view the Case Participants records / related list even though they have access to the Case record, the related Person Account/Contact

Løsning

Along with access to the related Case, Account, and Contact records, as well as the required basic record-level and object-level permissions, the user must also be assigned one of the following permission sets:

  • Complaints Management Access, or

  • Care Plans Access
