OmniStudio: FlexCard Data Persistence Behavior in OmniScript

When a FlexCard is embedded in an OmniScript, it re-renders and reloads its data source each time the user returns to a step. Because of this, data entered directly in the FlexCard input elements will not be retained in the UI when navigating between OmniScript steps. However, if the Update OmniScript action is configured, the entered data is successfully saved to the OmniScript JSON and remains available there.

Ratkaisu

This is the expected behavior as per the out-of-the-box (OOTB) functionality.
