Orgs with Sales Cloud Einstein features, such as Opportunity Scoring and Lead Scoring, enabled see the Sales Insights Integration User run recurring Bulk API V1 Query jobs throughout the day. These jobs run against objects such as Opportunity, Lead, and Contact.

This article answers two questions: whether these jobs are exempt from the org's Bulk API V1 batch limits, and whether you can control the timing or frequency of the jobs.

Are Sales Insights Bulk API V1 Query Jobs Exempt from Org Limits?

  • Reading from the local org (the data sync that pulls objects such as Opportunity, Lead, Contact, and Account into CRM Analytics and Einstein Sales Insights) through the Bulk API is exempt from the Bulk V1 Query job limit.
  • Writing back to a Salesforce org (updating the scores) is treated as a normal API consumer and counts against that target org's API limits.

Can You Control the Timing or Frequency of Sales Insights Sync Jobs?

There is currently no option to control the timing or frequency of these sync jobs.
