Agent Memory Considerations

Review these considerations before you rely on Agent Memory to personalize your agent conversations.

• Agent Memory works only with agents that use Agent Script in Agentforce Builder. Legacy agents don't support Agent Memory.
• Each agent can store up to 50 memory entries for you. When you reach the limit, the oldest memories are automatically deleted to make room for new ones, without notification.
• Review and manage your memories before you reach the limit, to preserve the ones that matter to you.
• Memory management varies by agent type. In Lightning Experience, you can use the Memory & Preferences panel. Elsewhere, such as on a messaging channel or mobile app, you manage memories conversationally. For example, ask your agent to show what you remember about me to view your memories, delete what you remember about my shipping preference to delete a memory, or turn off memory for this agent to opt out.
