Verifierar om den verifieringskod som användaren angett matchar koden som skickas till användarens e-postadress.

Tillgängliga i: Lightning Experience
Tillgängliga i: Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited och Developer Editions med tillägget Agentforce för utbildning eller inkluderat i Agentforce 1 Education Edition. Kräver att varje användare har tillägget Agentforce för utbildning för åtkomst till åtgärden.
Under verifieringsprocessen måste användaren ange rätt OTP för att fortsätta. Efter tre misslyckade försök startar processen om, vilket kräver att användaren anger sin e-postadress igen för att få en ny verifieringskod. Denna säkerhetsåtgärd förhindrar att verifieringsprocessen förbigås efter flera misslyckade försök.
