Generate Home Healthcare Post-Visit Summary and Prompt Templates
This agent action calls the Generate Home Healthcare Post-Visit Summary prompt template and
uses details from the work order, patient information, agent conversation, and any
additional instructions to create a comprehensive post-visit summary.
The action structures the summary by using three distinct data sources:
Primary Source: Key data such as work order, work steps, and tasks to establish exactly
what the care resource performed during the visit.
Secondary Source: Agentforce conversation transcript to extract real-time clinical
observations, verbal patient education, and patient responses.
Context Source: Patient history data to add clinical background and outline follow-up
actions.
