Recalls a submitted approval request, withdrawing it before a final decision. Use this when an in-progress approval needs to be canceled, such as when it was submitted in error, the record changed, or approval is no longer required. The user provides the approval submission name and may optionally add recall comments. The action returns a result summary and success indicator confirming whether the recall was completed.
