Add List View Records to an Agentforce Grid

Send records from Salesforce list views directly into Grid worksheets so you can quickly run AI workflows, formulas, and actions on your data.

Available in: Lightning Experience

Available in: Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer Editions. Required add-on licenses vary by agent type.

User Permissions Needed
To add list view data to a grid:	Manage Agentforce Grids

You can send data from these list views:

From the dropdown on the list view action bar, click Analyze with Grid.
Select a grid. You can either create a grid or select an existing one to add a new worksheet to it.
Modify the grid and worksheet names, if needed, and then enter the number of rows you want to include.
Click Create.
