Manage an Agentforce Grid Template

When you update a Grid that's published as a template, you can push those changes to the template without creating a duplicate. Updates don't affect grids previously created from the template. You can also delete templates that aren’t in use. You can delete templates that you created, but not templates created by others or by Salesforce. Deletion is permanent and there's no way to restore a deleted template. Grids previously created from the template continue to work normally.

Required Editions

Available in: Lightning Experience
Available in: Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer Editions. Required add-on licenses vary by agent type.
User Permissions Needed
To create templates from a grid: Manage Agentforce Grids
  1. Open the source Grid. In the Grid top bar, click Update Template.
  2. Update the name, description, or category if needed.
  3. Click Update.
  4. To delete a grid, click Browse Templates on the Agentforce Grid home page.
  5. Click Details on the card of the template that you want to remove.
  6. Click Delete.
