Retrieves the collection of memories stored for a specific user and AI agent, for use in personalizing agent responses.

Required Editions

Available in: Lightning Experience
Available in: Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer Editions with Foundations, or Agentforce 1 or Einstein 1 Editions

Guidelines and Considerations

  • This action doesn't require Data 360.
  • Each user-agent pair can store up to 50 memories. The oldest memory is evicted once the limit is reached.
