          Design Accessible CRM Analytics Dashboards

          Design Accessible CRM Analytics Dashboards

Design dashboards that everyone can use, including people who rely on high contrast or who have color-vision differences.

Accessible dashboards are also clearer for all users.

          Color and contrast

          • Turn on high-contrast colors for your dashboards.
          • Maintain a contrast ratio of at least 3:1 between adjacent colors and against the background so that elements are distinguishable.
          • Don't rely on color alone to convey meaning. Reinforce it with labels, text, or shape.
          • Choose color pairings that remain distinguishable for common color-vision differences, such as blue and orange instead of red and green.
          • Provide non-color context in labels and tooltips.

          Text and layout

          • Use clear labels and legible text sizes.
          • Keep a consistent, predictable layout so that users can navigate by position.
          • Leave white space so that sections are easy to tell apart.
