User Permissions Needed
To create a semantic model: Data Cloud Architect
  1. From Setup menu, go to Apps > Intelligent Apps > C360 Semantic Model.
  2. On the C360 Semantic Model Setup page, open the dropdown menu for the data space where you want to add the C360 Semantic Model, and click Install.
Note that the dropdown menu can include these options.
    • Install: Add the first instance of a version.
    • Manage & Monitor: View monitoring and resources information.
    • Reconfigure: Re-install the same version again.
    • Upgrade: Install the latest version.
  3. (Optional) If you have more than one data space configured, you can add a distinct version of the C360 Semantic Model for each. Repeat Step 2 for each data space where you want to install the C360 Semantic Model.
  4. Allow some time for the components to install. You can view progress under the tab for the data space. The Setup page adds a tab for each installed C360 Semantic Model, where you can view monitoring and resources information. When installed in a data space that is not the default, the name of the tab includes the data space name as a prefix, for example, “AMER - C360 Semantic Model.”
  5. (Optional) To review or edit a C360 Semantic Model, go to Data Cloud > Semantic Layer.
