Om een prognoserapport beschikbaar te maken voor gebruikers moeten beheerders een aangepast-rapporttype maken. Een rapporttype bepaalt de verzameling voor een rapport beschikbare records en velden op basis van de relaties tussen een primair object en de daarmee verband houdende objecten. Rapporten geven alleen records weer, die voldoen aan de criteria die zijn gedefinieerd in het rapporttype.

Beschikbaar in: zowel Salesforce Classic als Lightning Experience
Beschikbaar in: Professional, Performance en Developer Edition en in Enterprise en Unlimited Edition met de Sales Cloud
Benodigde gebruikersmachtigingen
Als u aangepaste rapporttypen wilt maken, bijwerken en verwijderen:
Aangepast-rapporttypen beheren
Start het maken van een aangepast-rapporttype door vanuit Set-up Rapporttypen op te geven in het vak Snel zoeken en vervolgens Rapporttypen en Nieuw aangepast-rapporttype te selecteren.
Selecteer bij Primair object Prognose-items of Prognosequota's.
Bij Opslag in categorie selecteert u Prognoses.
Geef aan uw vertegenwoordigers de locaties en namen van de rapporttypen door.
