Batch Data Transforms Limitations in Tableau Next
Batch data transforms have the following limitations:
- You can't select specific columns when you add data to a transform.
- You can have up to five transform definitions combined for one batch transform.
- You can't use the same data object for both input and output nodes.
- You can't write multiple transforms to the same object. However, definitions within the same transform can write to the same object.
- Multi-Definition Transforms (Merge Records): This feature is not currently supported in Tableau Next.
