Resolve Rule Conflicts in Agentic Commerce Search

In Agentic Commerce Search for B2C Commerce, conflicts occur when two or more merchandising rules match the same query or category with competing actions. Adjust the rule priority to control which rule takes effect when conditions overlap.

1. Click App Launcher, then select Merchant Tools | Agentic Commerce Search | Rules.
   Alternatively, click App Launcher , and then select Agentic Commerce Search.
2. In the Rules dashboard, check the Conflicts count.
3. If the count is greater than 0, then select Conflicting Rules to filter the list to rules in conflict.
4. Review the priority values of the competing rules. The rule with the highest priority value takes effect when conditions overlap.
5. Open the rule that you want to change, and update its Priority value.
6. Click Save Rule.
7. Return to the Rules dashboard and confirm that the Conflicts count decreased.
