Agentic Commerce Search is a paid add-on for B2C Commerce that replaces native keyword search with an AI model. Complete Agentic Commerce Search setup before you set up the Shopper Agent.
The model trains on your catalog, shopper behavior, and simulated queries. Using these sources, it ranks products by relevance and conversion, and automatically handles natural language, misspellings, and emerging trends. The model also replaces manual synonym lists, stop word lists, and edge-case search rules, where necessary.
