Configure the Salesforce Sign-On URL in Business Manager
After you create an Auth Provider, Salesforce generates a single sign-on URL. Add this URL to the identity synchronization setting in Business Manager. These instructions apply whether Account Manager or the Salesforce org is the IdP for B2C Commerce Merchant Agent access.

Locate the URL in your Salesforce org.

In your Salesforce org, at the top of the page, click
and select Setup.
- In the Quick Find box, enter Auth Providers, and then select Auth Providers.
- Select your Auth Provider, Account Manager or Salesforce.

In the Auth Provider’s Salesforce Configuration section, copy the Single
Sign-On Initialization URL, paste it into a browser tab, and sign
in.
A successful sign-on confirms that the Auth Provider configuration is correct.

In your Salesforce org, at the top of the page, click

Add your Salesforce single sign-on URL in Business Manager.
- In Business Manager, select .
- In Salesforce Org Sign-In URL, paste the single sign-on URL.
- Click Sign in. The URL opens in a separate browser tab.
- After you’re signed in to the org, select Test Agent to verify that the Merchant Agent call succeeds.
When using the Merchant Agent for the first time, all users in the Salesforce org see the Sign in to Salesforce button.
