            Enable Salesforce Personalization for Shopper Notifications

            You can use Personalization to deliver relevant, personalized experiences in shopper notifications. Personalization isn’t required to use shopper notifications.

            Adding personalized recommendations to your shopper notifications requires a Personalization license (see Personalization). You must also set up the Apache Iceberg Connector to ingest B2C Commerce domain data into Data 360.

            1. In the B2C Commerce navigation sidebar, select Merchant Tools | Site | Site Preferences | Salesforce Data Cloud | Feature Configurations | Personalization.
            2. Click Enable Personalization.
            Important
            Important Wait for the personalization recommender to finish training before you add personalized recommendations to shopper notifications. Refresh this page until you see “Personalization was enabled.” This process can take up to 30 minutes, and training refreshes every 24 hours. See Training a Personalization Recommender.
