After you configure the near real-time segmentation feature, create a customer group in B2C Commerce for each Data 360 segment you want to use.

For near real-time segmentation to work, you must create a customer group in B2C Commerce and associate it with your Data 360 segment. Create one customer group for each segment, for each site where you want to use the segment.
, and then select Merchant Tools | Customers | Customer Groups.
The segment name is case-sensitive. Copy the exact segment name from Data 360 to ensure it matches.
The customer group is now associated with the Data 360 segment. Shoppers who belong to the segment in Data 360 are automatically included in this customer group. You can use this customer group to target promotions, campaigns, and other personalized experiences.
