Download Active Data on Production
If active data is enabled for your site, all data is accumulated from your Production instance and automatically imported into your Production and Staging instances.
To use this data on your Sandbox instance, download the file from the Production instance and import it into your Sandbox instance. You can also obtain the .csv file via WebDAV from the impex directory on your Production instance.

On your Production instance, click App Launcher
, and then select .

On the Active Data Import & Export page, click
Download.
You can't import a file into the Salesforce B2C Commerce database without first uploading it.

On the Manage Import Files page, select the file you want to download.
The active data feed name has the following format:
For example: activedata-product-MySite-20250115.csvactivedata-product-sitename-YYYYMMDD.csv -
Click Uncompress or Compress.
When you uncompress a .zip file, you create a .csv file. When you compress a .csv file, you create a .zip file.
