Edit or Delete Coupon Codes for B2C Commerce

Edit or delete coupon codes on the Coupon Codes page. With the correct permissions, you can view all coupon codes. Otherwise, they're masked. If you delete a coupon from a promotion, the coupon is labeled "missing".

To see a coupon code that's masked, contact your Salesforce admin. See Roles and Permissions in B2C Commerce.

Click App Launcher , and then select Merchant Tools | Online Marketing | Coupons.
To edit an individual coupon, go to the end of the entry and select Edit from the dropdown menu.
Make any changes necessary, then save them.
To delete an individual coupon, go to the end of the entry and select Delete from the dropdown menu. To delete multiple coupon codes, select the checkbox next to each coupon code entry and click Delete at the top of the table.
