Enable Einstein AI, Agentforce, and the Merchant Agent

Enable Einstein and Agentforce features in your Salesforce org to support B2C Commerce Merchant Agent capabilities.

1. In your Salesforce org, click and select Setup.
2. Follow the instructions in Set Up Einstein Generative AI.
3. Follow the instructions in Enable Agentforce.
4. In the Quick Find box, enter and select Commerce Agentforce Settings.
5. Turn on Merchant Agent for B2C Commerce, then refresh your browser.
   
6. In the Quick Find box, enter and select Agentforce Agents.
   If you don't see this option, verify that Einstein Generative AI is turned on. Verify that you have the required license and user permissions for your agent type.
7. Turn on Agentforce, and then refresh the page.
8. Verify that the New Agent button appears.
   

   If you don't see the button, verify that you have permissions for at least one agent type other than Agentforce (Default).
