Known Issues for the Google Product Feed
Known issues and limitations for the Google product feed integration for B2C Commerce.
The following issues are known.
UI and User Experience
- Channel labels: Some labels currently refer to OpenAI—for example, "channel fields OpenAI expects" and "Required by OpenAI" on the Catalog tab, and the "seller information OpenAI needs" description in Business Details on the General Settings tab. These labels apply to the Google feed as well and are being updated.
- Autosave: Field mapping changes may autosave. If you navigate away before changes are saved, your overrides may not persist.
- Error toasts: Error messages may appear as toasts that dismiss automatically. Note any error text before it disappears.
