Sync Shopper Consents from Data Cloud to B2C Commerce
Data 360 and B2C Commerce store shopper consent preferences separately. Create a flow that pushes opt-out updates from Data 360 to B2C Commerce using a prebuilt template.
Make sure that your Salesforce admin assigns you the Commerce C360 Admin permission set.

In your Salesforce org, click App Launcher
, and then select Flows.
- Click New.
- In the New Automation window, search for and select Commerce 360 Consent Sync Automation Template.
- In the Template Details window, click Next.

In the Configure Automation window, confirm the consent sync flow details.
Data 360 automatically populates these fields. Optionally, modify these fields.
- Label: The consent sync flow name.
- API Name: The consent sync flow's unique API name.
- Data Space: The data space to associate with the consent sync flow. If you have multiple data spaces, select the one you want to use from the dropdown.
- Marketing Workspace: The marketing workspace to associate with the consent sync flow. If you have multiple marketing workspaces, select the one you want to use from the dropdown.
- Click Create.
By default, this process creates a flow for pushing opt-out updates. To push other updates, such as opt-in updates, configure the flow. To configure the flow, click Edit in the Data Cloud Trigger Flow and add consent update conditions in the Set Entry Conditions section.
