Merchant Agent License Requirements

Review the licenses required to use the Merchant Agent with B2C Commerce. With the required licenses, use of the Merchant Agent is unmetered.

• Salesforce org or CRM Starter License and Salesforce Foundations.
• Salesforce Foundations Flex Credits.
• Standard Salesforce User License. The number of licenses must be equal to or greater than the number of Business Manager users using agentic features.
• Agentforce Employee Agent Add-on license.
• Unmetered User Based AI Permission Set License. This license is required for unmetered use of agent actions. Without this permission set license, users are treated as metered users.
