Search, Filter, and Sort B2C Commerce Coupons
If you have catalogs with many coupons, use search and filter to find coupons easily. Search and filter reduce which coupons appear, while sort changes the order of those results.
To search by ID (name) or description, use the search field on the Coupon page. To narrow your filter based on the coupon status (enabled or disabled), or by coupon type (single code, multiple codes, system-generated). To look for coupon codes that are owned by and shared across sites, click Search Codes. To reorder the search and filter results, sort the coupons by using the arrows in the headers.

On the Coupons page, search for a coupon by coupon name or description.
From the dropdown menu, select the number of items to appear on a page. To open an entry in a new tab or window, right-click the ID link in the list.
- To filter coupons, click the filter icon.
- After you get search results, sort the coupon list by column headers.

To search by coupon codes across sites, click Search Codes.
Salesforce recommends searching for codes across all sites you have permissions for.
- Select multiple sites from the dropdown list next to the search field, apply your selections.
- Enter an exact coupon code in the search field.
