Search Index Statistics Page for B2C Commerce
The Statistics page for a B2C Commerce search index reports the content of the index.
Index Summary
Indexed Elements is the number of documents (products) in the currently active index. Compare this count to the number of products you expect in your catalog to confirm that the index is complete. A lower count can indicate that some products aren't searchable or that a build didn't finish.
Index Fields
Use the search box to find indexed fields by name and confirm whether a particular attribute is included in the product index.
Term Frequency
Enter a field name and select Load Terms to see the indexed terms for that field and how many there are (Total Terms). Use term frequency to troubleshoot why a search query doesn't match a product. For example, confirm that the index includes an expected keyword for a field. Page through large term lists or show all terms.
Dictionaries
If the index uses dictionaries (for example, for search suggestions), they're listed by locale.
- Locale – Locale the dictionary applies to.
- Terms – Number of dictionary entries for that locale.
- Size – Size of the dictionary on disk.
- Analyze – Link to inspect the dictionary's terms.
