          Disable Adaptive Responses for the Messaging Component

          To make sure that the Shopper Agent always uses the Commerce Messaging component for its responses to a shopper, disable adaptive responses.

          To make this change, confirm that the agent is inactive.

          1. Select the new agent from the Agentforce Agents list, and open Agent Builder.
          2. Select the Connections tab from the navigation side bar.
          3. Select Messaging, and disable Adaptive Response Formats.
