Complete Prerequisites for Product and Site FAQ Data Libraries

For the Shopper Agent to use Agentforce Data Libraries (ADLs), first set up the libraries with your source content. The Shopper Agent can use data libraries with uploaded files and Salesforce Knowledge articles.

To use Salesforce Knowledge for your ADL.
1. Set Up Salesforce Knowledge. See Create a Knowledge Base with Salesforce Knowledge.
2. Establish a connection between Agentforce and Salesforce Knowledge for use as a data source.
Create a data library.
Select the data source for your library.

For files, see Use Uploaded Files. When you upload files, in Advanced Settings, accept Basic Content.

For knowledge articles, see Use Salesforce Knowledge.
Note the API name of each library. You specify the API name in the Shopper Agent FAQ subagent instructions.
