Select Where to Launch the Shopper Agent in Your SFRA Storefront
Tailor where visitors can access the Shopper Agent in your SFRA storefront. You can enable multiple launch locations to make it convenient for shoppers to access AI-powered assistance when they’re browsing, searching, or navigating your site.
- Redeploy the plugin-shopper-agent cartridge for SFRA storefronts, Go to the Salesforce Commerce repository, and redeploy the plugin-shopper-agent cartridge for SFRA storefronts.
- Log in to Business Manager.

Click App Launcher
, and then go to .
- From the custom group list, select the Shopper Agent.
- Turn on Enable Shopper Agent, and enter your Commerce Organization ID.

Select the launch locations that you want to use.
Add an icon to your site’s header navigation (1). Let shoppers access the agent while searching (2). Display a floating icon at the bottom of each storefront page (3). This example storefront page shows all three options.
- Save your changes.
