Set Up Apple Pay and Google Pay for Shopper Agents on an SFRA Store
Let B2C Commerce shoppers complete purchases directly in their Shopper Agent. Adyen supports Apple Pay and Google Pay with Salesforce Payments.
Prerequisites:
- Install the plugin_shopper_agent for SFRA storefronts. See Install the Shopper Agent Cartridge for SFRA Storefronts.
- Make sure that you have an active Adyen merchant account. If you don’t have an Adyen merchant account, obtain one from Adyen first.
Important If you have an Adyen merchant account on your SFRA site and want to use it
for Shopper Agent checkout, request free access to Salesforce Payments. Salesforce Payments is
required to support checkout with the Shopper Agent, but it doesn’t replace your existing Adyen
implementation on storefront.
- Contact Salesforce Customer Support to enable Salesforce Payments and Salesforce Payments - Adyen feature switches.

Install the Salesforce Payments plug-in.
- Follow the instructions in Install the Salesforce Payments Plug-In for B2C Commerce.
- Add the Salesforce Payments cartridge to the path name before the SFRA base cartridge and before the Shopper Agent cartridge. For example, plugin_salesforcepayments:plugin_shopper_agent:app_storefront_base.
- Configure Salesforce Payments with Adyen for B2C Commerce.
- Configure Payment Zones for B2C Commerce.
- Set Up Express and Multi-Step Checkout for B2C Commerce. When selecting a checkout method, only set up Express Checkout, and enable Apple Pay and Google Pay for your site’s payment zone.
