Specify Data Libraries for Site FAQs

Edit the Shopper Agent Product FAQ subagent instructions to point to the data libraries. These instructions assume that you have set up the data libraries with uploaded files and knowledge articles.

In your Salesforce org, at the top of the page, click , and then select Setup.
In the Quick Find box, find and select Agentforce Agents, and select your Shopper Agent.
In the Subagents tab, select B2C Commerce Site FAQs.
In the AnswerSiteFAQ instruction, add the parameter libraryAPINamesCsv, and enter the API name of each data library you want the Site FAQs to use. Separate each name by a comma.

If you add too many data libraries, you can slow down agent performance.
