Translate and Refine Product Information with AI

Use AI to refine and translate product descriptions and other data by setting up the B2C Commerce Merchant Agent.

Translate Product Descriptions with AI

In Business Manager, click App Launcher, and then select Merchant Tools | Site | Products and Catalogs | Product List.
Select the products that you want to translate, and click Translate.
You can't translate content for variation products that are inherited from a base product. To translate inherited content, select the base product.
Select the translated content's locale.
Click Translate, and select whether you want to translate only the blank product fields or overwrite existing text.
Review the translated content. To edit the results, click a field and make your changes.
Save the content.

Use AI to shorten or extend existing product content and add keywords.

In Business Manager, click App Launcher, and then select Merchant Tools | Site | Products and Catalogs | Product List.
Select the products that you want to edit, and click Refine with AI.
From the dropdown list, select whether to refine the description or product details.
Review the suggested content. To edit the results, click a field and make your changes.
To further refine the content, select the products, click the down arrow next to Optimized Product Details o Optimized Description, and select what you want to do.
Save the content.
