Shopper Profile Sync
Shopper Profile Sync connects your B2C Commerce shopper data with records in your Salesforce org. This integration automatically syncs registered shoppers as person accounts and provides a unified view of each customer across Commerce, Service, and other Salesforce apps.
With bidirectional sync, profile updates to mapped attributes in either system appear in both—whether a shopper updates their phone number on your storefront or a service rep updates a loyalty number in Salesforce. Shopper Profile Sync doesn't currently support external profiles managed by third-party identity providers (IDPs).
