Multi-Factor Authentication for all Account Manager Users

Starting May 1, 2022 and continuing on a rolling basis through the end of May, Salesforce will enable and enforce MFA for all users who login in directly to B2C Commerce applications.

Here's what to expect when Salesforce enforces MFA:

• To enforce MFA, we’ll remove the option for admins to turn off or modify Account Manager MFA settings for their organizations
• All users must use MFA each time they log in. If a user hasn't already registered for MFA, they'll be prompted to do so before they can get access to their account.
