Launch Agentforce for B2C Commerce from More Places in Your SFRA Storefront
Give your customers more ways to chat with the Shopping Agent for B2C Commerce by selecting different launch locations. Add agent access from an icon in the site header, from a shopper's search suggestions, or a floating icon at the bottom of each storefront page.
Where: This change applies to SFRA storefronts for B2C Commerce.
When: This change is available January 2026.
Who: This change is available to customers with a B2C Commerce Cloud license and the Agentforce add-on.
How: In Business Manager, select your site, and go to . Select each launch location that you want to make available to your shoppers.
