Enhance your Business Manager Workflow with the New User Interface
B2C Commerce Business Manager has a new user interface (UI). The UI is available as an Open Beta. This new user experience for our merchandising tool introduces a fresh design and enhanced usability based on extensive research, industry standards, and valuable feedback from our customers and partners.
When: Starting with the 24.9 release, the New Business Manager is available as an open beta.
Why: The new Business Manager enhances the overall user experience by offering improved multi-site management features and innovative tools. The UI features a collapsible left navigation, an intuitive app switcher for quick access to B2C applications, and a redesigned homepage with alerts, favorites, store, and catalog insights. Watch for additional enhancements and capabilities in future releases of B2C Commerce.
How: With the start of the Open Beta every instance admin can unlock the new user interface with the feature toggle.
- In Business Manager, select .
- Enable the feature toggle.
When the toggle is on as a global preference, every instance user can switch to the new UI in the My Profile screen.

After a user switches to the new UI, they can switch back to the classic UI if something isn’t working as expected.

No development work is required to use the new BM UI. Existing user permissions are retained. Custom Business Manager extensions continue to work.
To Report feedback or issues for this Open Beta, use these options:
- Submit general feedback related to the new UI through the integrated feedback form in the new Business Manager header.
- Track functional defects with the Salesforce Customer Support process.
Before submitting a functional defect with Customer Support, confirm that the issue occurs in both the new and classic UIs.
- Make feature and enhancement requests through the ideas in IdeaExchange (https://ideas.salesforce.com/s/).
