Manage Buyers and Shoppers in the Customer Workspace
The Customer workspace shows accounts enabled as buyers and the accounts of registered
shoppers for D2C stores. The Customer workspace also shows buyer groups. Using the Customer
workspace, you can assign customers to buyer groups and assign buyer groups to stores.
For the Customer workspace to appear correctly, the Salesforce admin must add buyer groups
as a related list on the Account page layout. See Page Layouts.
In the navigation sidebar, select a store from the Store
dropdown.
Select Customers.
The Accounts tab lists accounts enabled as buyers, registered shoppers, and the buyer
groups assigned to accounts. The Buyer Groups tab lists buyer groups and stores assigned
to the buyer groups.
Manage accounts.
To add a customer account to the workspace, from App Launcher, go to Accounts,
select an account, click , and select Enable as Buyer.
To add or remove accounts from buyer groups, select the account or accounts, and
then from the Bulk Actions dropdown, click Add to Buyer Group
or Remove from Buyer Group.
To add a buyer account to the workspace, click Create Buyer
Account, and enter the account details.
Manage buyer groups.
To add a buyer group to the workspace, click New.
To add a buyer group to a store, select the buyer group or groups, and then from
the Bulk Actions dropdown, click Add to Store.
To show the accounts assigned to a buyer group or to filter by an account field, create
a filtered list.
Click the filter icon. You can also click the and select Edit Filters.
Click Add Filter.
Select the field to filter, and select the operator and the value.
