When you set up Data 360 for B2B, you must have certain permissions and requirements configured.

CRM Analytics
The included CRM Analytics apps and templates are available only in English.
Intelligence Analytics Dashboards
To view data in the Intelligence Analytics dashboards, you must have the features associated with the dashboards configured and populated with data.
- Dashboard components that display product performance — To include newly launched product data, activate the products and track orders, and then refresh the Commerce data streams and data transforms. See Data Stream Schedule in Data 360.
- Dashboard components that display searches — Viewing search information requires an active site and some available searches from existing individuals. See Data Stream Schedule in Data 360.
- Inventory Intelligence dashboards — Upgrade to the latest version of the Commerce data kit to access the Omnichannel Inventory data model objects. After you upgrade the data kit, Data 360 starts to capture inventory data so that you can view inventory changes.
- Viewing product variations—The Inventory Intelligence Analytics dashboard includes product variations. See Add Product Variations and Attributes with Guided Setup.
- Refresh Intelligence Analytics Dashboard Data
The Intelligence Analytics dashboards rely on up-to-date data by regularly refreshing the data. The refresh includes running the data transforms and updating the datasets. - Data 360 for B2B Commerce Assets
When you install the Commerce data kit in Data 360, all Data 360 assets and data mappings are created. When you install Intelligence Analytics, the data transforms run, ingesting Data 360 data and creating the CRM Analytics dashboards and components.
