Design a Store in the Commerce Website Design Workspace
Use the Website Design workspace to add basic design elements to your store without
leaving the Commerce app. Add your logo and set fonts, colors, and button styles. You can also
modify the text, images, and header layout.
In the navigation sidebar, select a store from the Store dropdown.
Select Website Design.
To do more advanced design changes, such as configuring store components, pages, or
navigation, click Experience Builder (1).
On the Styles tab, make your changes.
The changes that you make in Styles affect all pages in the store.
To import the colors and styles from an existing site, click Add Your
Brand.
To adjust the look of your store manually, click a style option.
The CMS Workspace shows the workspace where image files, including the logo file, are
stored. When you create a store, a CMS workspace and a public channel to that workspace
are created. If that workspace is the only one associated with your store, that workspace
is shown in the CMS Workspace section and you can’t change it. If you have other CMS
workspaces associated with the store, you can select which one to use from the
dropdown.
To change the text or images on a page, use the dropdown to select the page, and then
on the Content tab, select a page section and make your changes.
To change the header layout, click Header, and then click
Change Layout.
To preview your store, click Save, and then click
Preview.
To publish your store, go back to the Website Design, and click
Publish.
To leave the Website Design workspace, click Exit.
