Give customer service representatives easy access to the Exchanges RMA flow by adding it
to the Actions & Recommendations component on a Lightning page for an object. Because all
orders are associated with an order summary, add the flow to the Actions and Recommendations
component on the order summary page.
From Setup, in the Quick Find box, search for and select Actions &
Recommendations.
Click New Deployment, and then click
Next.
Name the deployment, select Flows and quick actions, deselect
Recommendations, and click Next.
In the Available Objects list, move the objects that you want to add the flow to, such as
Account, to the Selected Objects list, and click Next.
On the Default tab, in the All Actions list, drag your Exchanges RMA flow to the Top Pinned
section.
Select your Exchanges RMA flow, and click Unmark Removable.
Click Next, click Save, and click
Let’s Go.
Open the record page for an object that you added the flow to, such as Account or Order
Summary Record Page.
Click Edit.
Select the Actions & Recommendations component in the preview layout.
For Actions & Recommendations Deployment, select the deployment that you created, and
click Save.
Click Activation...
Make sure the page is the org default for the desktop form factor.
Click Close and the click Save.
