Configure Processing Times for Order Management Fulfillment Locations

Fulfillment times can vary depending on the product and the location fulfilling the order. Define processing times at the location level, the item level, or both to inform the order routing engine and provide more accurate delivery estimates.

1. In the Delivery Estimations tab of Order Fulfillment Setup, open the Processing Time tab.
2. Click New.
3. Enter a name, external reference, and, optionally, a start and end date.
4. Use the Processing Time and Unit fields to set the length of the processing.
5. Select which delivery estimations this processing time applies to.
6. Select whether this processing time impacts specific products or categories or whether it impacts an entire location.
7. If the processing time impacts specific products or categories, select those items.
8. Select one or more locations.
9. Click Save.
10. Sync your processing time.
