DRO for Order Management Prerequisites

View supported editions.

Make sure you have the necessary licenses enabled:

• Order Management Growth license
• Revenue Cloud RevenueLifecycleManagementAddOn license
• DROAddOn license

Navigate to Setup | Feature Settings | Dynamic Revenue Orchestrator | Dynamic Revenue Orchestrator Settings. Enable Dynamic Revenue Orchestrator and In-flight Amendments.

Assign permission sets based on personas.

Clone and activate these flows:

• Decomposition Flow
• Freeze Orchestration Plan Flow
• Unfreeze Plan Flow
• DRO Cancel Item
• DRO Return Item
• DRO Return Item RMA

If you have already cloned these flows and made any modifications, the new clone won’t contain your customizations.

Navigate to Setup | Object Manager. Make the following additions:

• Order Item Summary: Add QuantityOrchestrated and QuantitySubmittedForDro.
• Order Summary Object: Add OrchestrationSbmsStatus and FulfillmentPlan.
• Order Summary Page Layout: Add the Decomposition Viewer LWC component.

Set up DRO for Revenue Cloud.

• Create Custom Context Definition and Map Business Objects
• Map Custom Context Definition with Sales Transaction
• Configure Procedure Plan Definition for Business Process Orchestration

Configure DRO to pause at status changes.

• Configure optional DRO setup.
• Design Your Order Decomposition
• Design Your Order Orchestration
