Monitor Order Management Integration Rejections
Detect and troubleshoot your Order Management integration failures by setting up a Log Center alert. When Order Management rejects an order after accepting it for asynchronous processing, B2C Commerce writes a warning entry to Log Center. Use these logs to monitor and troubleshoot order-integration failures.
Each entry is a single warning message that includes:
-
The order number and site identifier
-
The error code and error message reported by Order Management
The log captures only instances where Order Management initially accepts an order for processing but later reports a failure. Orders rejected synchronously during initial processing are logged separately as an error. For complete rejected order visibility, use the Order Search Rejected filter or configure the SOMRejectAlert notification.
- In Business Manager, select .
- On the Logs tab, click Config.
- Click Log Level.
- Under Centralized Log Level Management, filter by the Warn log level, and then filter by the message text was rejected by Order Management.
Order '[ORDER_NUMBER]@[SITE_ID]' was rejected by Order Management, because of '[ERROR_CODE]:[ERROR_MESSAGE]'
