          Monitor Order Management Integration Rejections

Detect and troubleshoot your Order Management integration failures by setting up a Log Center alert. When Order Management rejects an order after accepting it for asynchronous processing, B2C Commerce writes a warning entry to Log Center. Use these logs to monitor and troubleshoot order-integration failures.

Each entry is a single warning message that includes:

          • The order number and site identifier

          • The error code and error message reported by Order Management

The log captures only instances where Order Management initially accepts an order for processing but later reports a failure. Orders rejected synchronously during initial processing are logged separately as an error. For complete rejected order visibility, use the Order Search Rejected filter or configure the SOMRejectAlert notification.

          1. In Business Manager, select Administration > Site Development > Log Center.
          2. On the Logs tab, click Config.
          3. Click Log Level.
          4. Under Centralized Log Level Management, filter by the Warn log level, and then filter by the message text was rejected by Order Management.
          Example
          Example Log Entry Format:

Order '[ORDER_NUMBER]@[SITE_ID]' was rejected by Order Management, because of '[ERROR_CODE]:[ERROR_MESSAGE]'
