Send a One-Time Password to Any Store on the Same Org

For a registered customer to use one-click checkout, they must receive a one-time password. A customer can register only one time with an org, regardless of whether the org is hosting more than one store. To send a one-time password for any store on the same org, share the shopper profile with each store.

Required Editions

View supported editions.
User Permissions Needed
To customize an Experience Cloud site:
  • Be a member of the site AND Create and Set Up Experiences

    OR

  • Be a member of the site, AND an experience admin, publisher, or builder in that site AND View Setup and Configuration.
  1. At the top of the page, click Setup and select Setup.
  2. In the Quick Find box, find and select All Sites.
  3. For the site associated with your store, click Workspaces and select Administration.
  4. Click Members, and add the Shopper Profile to the site's Selected Profiles list.
  5. Repeat these steps so all sites on the org can generate a one-time password.
